As a result, we offer multiple deployment options to meet enterprise requirements: Altara can run through traditional SaaS deployments, or directly within your infrastructure – all with security, privacy, and data ownership built into the system from the ground up.

Deployed Inside Your Environment

Altara offers the option to run within your Virtual Private Cloud (VPC):

• Core systems – agents, data layer, and frontend – are deployed in your environment.
• Access, networking, and permissions are governed by your infrastructure.
• Any user metadata that leaves your cloud is clearly agreed upon during initial deployments.

Altara's VPC deployments can be configured to never save customer data at rest outside of the Customer VPC. This helps Altara securely interact with your most important data, with your IT and Security teams in the driver's seat.

Security Built Into the System

• All data transmitted to Altara is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to our cloud environment is granted on an as-required basis following the principle of least privilege.
• Multi-factor authentication across core systems.
• All inputs and outputs are your intellectual property.
• You control how long your data is retained.
• We respect pre-existing permissioning in company data systems.
